This is a very beautiful hotel with an open buffet breakfast, great fusion restaurant titled Full Moon and included many facilities such as a gym equipt with basic fitness equipment, sauna and a newly renovated indoor swimming pool. The hotel lobby was decorated for Tet, with a beautiful blossom treet and red decorations for Chinese New Year. The rooms booked were very spacious. The bathroom is equipt with a bathtub like facility, which also doubles into a shower. The staff are very friendly and most speak English as well as Vietnamese, which was great for English speaking travellers. The hotel was easy to locate and offered an area for ride share/ taxi drivers to pull into without feeling rushed and stressed in the extremely busy streets.

We had the best stay at Super Hotel Candle, it was a real treat for us. Our serviced apartment was big and comfortable, housekeeping came daily to clean and replace our towels and water. The air conditioning was very much needed, and worked wonderfully. We visited the pool daily, which the kids loved. We enjoyed the spa and saunas, and a lovely massage. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The kids and adults alike loved it. The staff were wonderful and helped us with anything we needed or asked for. The bellmen Viet and Quan welcomed us home each day and helped us organise a taxi when we wanted an outing. Overall, top ratings from us.

The staff was incredibly nice. The ros we got were super spacious and had washing machines so we could do laundry. Yhere was a kitchen and a fridge, so basically like an Air BnB. Everything was very comfortable. The tables weren't as thoroughly cleaned,, I wiped all the surfaces. It is also a 10-15 min drive from. olof Quarter where all tourist things are like museums, shopping, restaurants etc. But we preferred this location as it was a little far from the crazy crowds

Was upgraded from deluxe room to a one bedroom serviced apartment. It was a very nice unexpected upgrade, where my room was on a high floor (16th floor) with my own lounge and kitchen as well as internet router for the whole room. Breakfast was perfect and included in my stay which included both a Western and a Vietnamese breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Great location, easy to order Grab taxi from the app.

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were well appointed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff were kind and it was lovely that they recognized the birthday of one of our party while we were there. We stayed at 4 places in Vietnam of similar cost and Super Hotel Candle was clearly the nicest.
